    Staying at GLC

    Our ethos is about getting it right for you and seventeen years of experience has helped shape our unique understanding of your needs. When you choose to live at the G.L.C you will know we have your best interest at heart in turn we hope this will provide parents and guardians peace of mind.

    We understand that this maybe your first time away from home with all the stress this can bring to help you settle into your new home we encourage returning students to buddy up and show you the ropes. We hope this will add to your university experience and make staying at one of the G.L.C properties will be an enjoyable experience.

    To book just contact us through the website and then one of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. They will reply as soon as they are able and will answer any questions you may have before booking a viewing or booking your accommodation.

    You can pay your rent by bank transfer

    Your Deposits are protected through a Government Scheme called the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme). You can find out more abut them here. Your deposit will be returned as long as your room is clean, no items are missing and no damage has been caused during your stay. You will get the deposit back 10 working days after the end of your tenancy.

    We require a reservation fee of 4 weeks’ rent when booking your room with us. This amount will either be used as your deposit when your tenancy starts or as your first months rent if you have a UK Guarantor. 

    A UK Guarantor is usually a family member. They is registered to live in the UK & has lived in their current address or over 1 year.  They will guarantee that you will pay your rent for the duration of your tenancy.  They must be approved by us & sign a Guarantor form with us confirming the same before we can secure your tenancy. 

    Rent & Deposits must be paid by BACS to our GLC Business Bank Account by Bank Transfer. The details are as follows:
